We work with building owners, facility managers, and infrastructure operators who need software that connects existing or new hardware to a central management layer. That might be a BMS integration that pulls data from HVAC, lighting, and access control into one dashboard. It might be a custom IoT deployment with LoRaWAN sensors feeding a Supabase-backed analytics platform. It might be a mobile app that lets a facilities team respond to alerts from anywhere.
Every project starts with understanding the operational workflow, not the technology. The systems we build are designed around how the team actually manages the space, which is why they get adopted rather than abandoned.

How we work
Site and systems assessment
We audit existing infrastructure, connectivity, and data sources. We identify what can be integrated and what needs to be replaced or supplemented.
System design
We design the full architecture: sensor selection, connectivity protocol, cloud platform, data model, and application layer. Every layer is specified before procurement begins.
Hardware and connectivity
We specify and coordinate hardware procurement and installation. We do not sell hardware but we specify exactly what is needed and work with installation partners on site.
Integration and development
We build the data pipelines, automation rules, dashboards, and APIs that make the hardware useful. This is where the operational value is created.
Testing and commissioning
End-to-end testing across hardware and software. We verify sensor accuracy, automation behaviour, alert thresholds, and dashboard data against real conditions.
Handover and training
We train the operations team on the system, document everything, and provide ongoing support. The goal is a team that can manage the system independently.

Common questions
What types of buildings and environments do you work with?
Commercial office buildings, retail spaces, industrial facilities, warehouses, and multi-site infrastructure. The system design changes based on the environment but the approach is the same.
Can you integrate with our existing building management system?
Usually yes. We integrate with BMS platforms via BACnet, Modbus, and vendor APIs. We assess compatibility in the discovery phase and specify any required gateway hardware.
Do you supply and install the hardware?
We specify the hardware and coordinate with installation partners, but we do not sell hardware directly. This keeps us objective about what is right for your project rather than what we have in stock.
How is the data secured?
Sensor data is encrypted in transit, access to dashboards and APIs is role-based, and we configure the cloud infrastructure to comply with your data residency requirements. Security is designed in, not added after.
What ongoing support do you offer after launch?
We offer monthly support retainers covering system monitoring, alert threshold tuning, firmware and software updates, and feature additions as operational needs evolve.
